Refunds will be processed within 3 days (auspicious time cycle) after ritual completion.

• Original payment method receives 90% refund (10% retained for spiritual cleansing)
• Credit card refunds include a blessed receipt for your records
• Cash payments refunded via bank transfer after purification ritual

Non-Refundable Services

These services complete their cosmic cycle upon booking:

• Customized puja catering packages (already sanctified for your event)
• Priest consultation fees (divine time cannot be un-spent)
• Specialty sattvic ingredients purchased for your menu
• Any services involving fire rituals (agnihotra cannot be reversed)

In cases beyond mortal control:

• Temple closures or government restrictions: 100% credit for future services
• Natural disasters: Option to convert booking into charity feeding (earns spiritual merit)
• Personal tragedies: Case-by-case blessings from our head priest
