Key Responsibilities

Understand and document family requirements for every celebration function.
Prepare detailed timelines, checklists, responsibility matrices and follow-up trackers.
Coordinate with hospitality, catering, décor, production and partner teams.
Maintain clear records of approvals, changes, dependencies and commitments.
Support family meetings, venue visits and function-wise planning reviews.
Identify risks early and escalate decisions with practical recommendations.
Coordinate on-site execution while protecting the approved plan and guest experience.
Complete post-event documentation, feedback and closure tasks.
