Terms & Conditions
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the rental services provided by Divyam. By booking our services, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

1. Booking & Payment
- 1.1 A booking is confirmed only after payment of 25% advance.
 - 1.2 Balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event date, failing which the booking shall stand automatically cancelled.
 - 1.3 Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI) or Cash to authorised representatives of Adgenic Communication Pvt. Ltd. (Divyam).
 - 1.4 Official receipts will be issued immediately for every payment.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 2.1 100% refund if cancellation is made 3 days prior to the event.
 - 2.2 Rescheduling allowed without deduction, subject to slot availability.
 - 2.3 Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days through the original mode of payment.

3. Delivery & Pickup
- 3.1 Divyam delivers and collects utensils/equipment only at the approved venue mentioned in the booking form.
 - 3.2 If the venue changes after confirmation, extra transport / labour charges may apply depending on distance.
 - 3.3 Delivery is generally made 1 day before and pickup done within 6–12 hours after the event.
 - 3.4 Customer must ensure timely venue access for delivery & pickup.
 - 3.5 All leftover food must be removed; utensils to be returned in basic clean condition.
 - 3.6 Delay in pickup due to customer inaccessibility will attract additional handling charges – every 24 hours = one extra rental day.

4. Usage & Purity Compliance
- 4.1 All Divyam utensils are 100% vegetarian-certified and strictly prohibited for non-vegetarian use.
 - 4.2 A Divyam supervisor may remain present or inspect anytime to ensure compliance. Customer shall cooperate fully.
 - 4.3 Customer must sign an undertaking confirming vegetarian-only usage.
 - 4.4 Any violation will lead to immediate termination without refund, and customer will bear the full purchase cost of affected utensils plus legal damages.

5. Damage or Loss
- 5.1 Customer is responsible for safety and proper handling of utensils during rental period.
 - 5.2 In case of damage, breakage or loss, repair / replacement cost will be charged or adjusted in final settlement.

6. Conduct & Cooperation
- 6.1 Customer and representatives must treat Divyam staff with respect and courtesy.
 - 6.2 Any form of misconduct or abuse will result in immediate withdrawal of services without refund.

7. GST & Billing
- 7.1 All services billed under SAC Code 9973 – Rental/Leasing of Tangible Goods.
 - 7.2 GST @ 18% (9% CGST + 9% SGST) applies as per law.
 - 7.3 Tax Invoice (GST Bill) issued within 24–48 hours after event, post settlement of any dues or damage charges.
 - 7.4 Payment receipts for advance and final amounts issued immediately.

8. Privacy & Data Protection
- 8.1 Customer ID documents (Aadhaar, PAN etc.) collected only for verification & record keeping.
 - 8.2 Divyam ensures strict data confidentiality and never shares information except as required by law.
 - 8.3 Refer to our Privacy Policy on www.divyam.com.

9. Force Majeure
- Divyam is not liable for delays or cancellations arising from natural disasters, accidents, strikes or events beyond our control.

10. Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Prayagraj Courts, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Quotation & Extra Stock Policy
- 11.1 Divyam delivers only those items and quantities mentioned in the approved quotation.
 - 11.2 Any extra items during the event will be provided as per availability and charged extra.
 - 11.3 Customers should finalise requirements in advance for smooth operations.
 - 11.4 Divyam shall not be liable for unbooked stock unavailability.
 - 11.5 If short-supply occurs from Divyam's end due to unavoidable reasons, a 10% refund of the item value will be credited as compensation.
 - 11.6 Customer must count and verify all delivered items in the presence of Divyam staff; no later claims will be entertained.

12. Legal & Brand Compliance
- 12.1 Divyam operates under Adgenic Communication Pvt. Ltd. – a registered Private Limited Company.
 - 12.2 GST Registration No.: 09AAWCA8443J1ZW (Regular Registration, Issued 22 June 2022).
 - 12.3 FSSAI License No.: 12725005000293 – Valid up to 30 June 2030 for Food Services (Catering & Retail).
 - 12.4 Trademark: 'Divyam – The Promise of Purity' – Trademark Application filed and under process.
 - 12.5 All Divyam operations comply with the Food Safety and Standards Act (2006) and applicable GST laws.
