At Divyam, we value transparency, trust, and fairness. This Refund & Cancellation Policy ensures every customer has complete clarity about booking terms, cancellations, and refunds before confirming an order.

1. Booking & Advance Payment

  • To confirm your booking, a 25% advance payment is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the event date.
  • If full payment is not received within the stipulated time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • 100% Refund: If cancellation is made 3 days or more before the event date.
  • Date Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule the event without any deduction. The new date will be confirmed subject to availability.
  • After 3 Days Window: If cancellation is made within 3 days of the event, Divyam reserves the right to adjust refund eligibility based on the actual logistic and preparation costs incurred.

3. Cancellation by Divyam

  • In the rare event that Divyam is unable to provide services due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
  • Divyam will also assist the customer in rescheduling the booking at no additional cost, subject to availability.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the same account or payment method used during booking.
  • Customers will receive an official confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

5. Damage or Misuse of Utensils

  • In case any utensils or equipment are damaged, lost, or misused, the replacement or repair cost will be deducted from the refund or adjusted against the final settlement amount.
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect all delivered items upon receipt in the presence of Divyam staff.

6. Written Undertaking for Vegetarian Use

  • Customers must sign a written undertaking confirming that Divyam utensils will not be used for non-vegetarian cooking.
  • Violation of this undertaking will lead to immediate termination of services without refund, and the customer shall be liable for damages and utensil replacement cost.

7. Force Majeure

  • Divyam shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such situations, Divyam will make every effort to reschedule the event or issue refunds fairly and promptly.
