Key Responsibilities

Study approved layouts, schedules, technical riders and scope documents.
Coordinate vendor reporting, unloading, installation and readiness checks.
Track stage, décor, sound, lighting, power and guest-area dependencies.
Conduct documented quality and safety inspections before handover.
Manage production changes only after appropriate approval.
Coordinate live cues with planning, hospitality and performance teams.
Resolve on-site issues quickly without compromising safety or experience.
Supervise dismantling, inventory checks and venue handover.

Working Expectations

Full-time event-based role with flexible working hours.
Night, weekend and outstation assignments may be required.
The role involves active movement and extended time on site.
Production access and inventory will be role-based.
Safety instructions and approved designs must be followed without exception.
