Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate guest, travel and accommodation information.
Coordinate welcome desks, room allocations and guest movement plans.
Respond to guest queries with courtesy, speed and accurate information.
Support elderly guests, children, VIPs and special requirements thoughtfully.
Coordinate with hotels, transport teams, caterers and celebration coordinators.
Record requests, ownership and closure status throughout the event.
Escalate sensitive or unresolved matters to the hospitality lead.
Maintain professional grooming, language and conduct at all times.
