Pappu Verma is a dedicated social worker and dynamic leader with over 10 years of experience in both social development and commercial brand promotion. He has led impactful projects across Uttar Pradesh and other states, driving meaningful change in communities while mastering large-scale operations and client-driven campaigns.
Currently, he serves as Senior Operation Manager at Modern Media Services, managing strategy and execution for multi-state projects. He combines his background in community health and education with expertise in operations, administration, and brand activation, delivering results that are impactful and sustainable.
Pappu has implemented transformative social programs such as Hello Doctor Didi – Power of Nutrition and Swachh Aadat Swachh Bharat (Hindustan Unilever), benefiting women, children, and rural communities. Alongside, he has successfully executed high-visibility commercial campaigns for brands like Castrol, Britannia, ITC, and Vicks, ensuring large-scale outreach and measurable results.
Known for building strong partnerships with government, corporates, and communities, his expertise lies in project management, operations, mobilization, and team leadership. His vision is to bridge the gap between communities and opportunities through knowledge, awareness, and access.
